SolidWorks Design Development Engineer
Company Information:
My client is a well established manufacturer of consumer products. They have
achieved double digit growth every year for the last six years and are looking to
expand their new product development group.
Responsibilities:
Design components and products utilizing SolidWorks
Develop solid models, engineering drawings and Bills of Materials for new products
Work closely with overseas engineering and project managers
Create prototypes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or equivalent experience
Previous experience designing consumer products
Experience designing products utilizing a variety of materials including, plastics,
sheet metal, wood and fabric
Expertise in SolidWorks, including surfacing
